NTTRUNCNORMPARAM
Returns parameters of the triangular distribution for the specified support, mean and standard deviation.

Mean,
Stdev
)
Parameters
- Min is a lower limit of a support of the distribution .
- Max is a upper limit of a support of the distribution .
- Mean is the arithmetic mean of the distribution.
- Stdev is the standard deviation of the distribution (Positive value).
